Customers are required to provide a contact phone number.
It is the customers responsibility to ensure that someone is present at time of delivery as shellfish is a live product, the packet will be returned if unable to be delivered.

Refund Policy

No liability other than the value of goods for proven non-delivery through our own fault, (but) we need confirmation of receipt of goods in good order.
Should a problem arise, we need to be contacted within 24 hours. Each case will be individually assessed.
